How Many Devices Can You Use With an IPTV Subscription?

People mix these two up all the time: installing an IPTV player app on several devices isn't the same as streaming on several devices at once. Here's how they actually relate to each other.
Installing is not the same as streaming simultaneously
Nothing stops you from installing a player app and logging in with the same credentials on a phone, a Firestick, and a laptop all at once. What actually gets capped is how many of those devices can be streaming at the same moment.
What a "connection" actually refers to
The connection count listed on a plan describes simultaneous streams, not installations. A single-connection plan allows just one active stream at a time, regardless of how many devices have your login saved.
Going over your limit
Try to stream on more devices simultaneously than your plan permits, and typically one of those streams gets cut off or blocked until you're back within your allowed limit.
Need more simultaneous streams
If your household regularly needs multiple devices streaming at once, reach out to support about adding connections to your plan. Full plan details are on our pricing page.
Picking the right plan
When deciding whether you need extra connections, focus on how many people in your home are likely to stream at the same time — not simply how many devices you own.
