Common IPTV Connection Problems and Fixes

Connection issues take a few different forms — a rejected login, an empty channel list, or a stream that refuses to start. Here's how to figure out which one you're dealing with.
"Invalid credentials" or login errors
Nine times out of ten, this comes down to a typo somewhere in the username, password, or server URL. Retype everything carefully, watch for stray spaces, and cross-check it against your original welcome email.
Channel list is empty after adding a playlist
Give it a minute — the first sync of the full channel list and EPG data can take a while on a slower connection. Still empty after several minutes? Check that your subscription is active, or reach out to support.
A specific channel won't load
Sometimes a single channel's source goes down temporarily, which is a very different situation from a broader connection failure. Test another channel to see if it's isolated — if so, it'll usually resolve on its own, or you can flag it to support.
App won't connect at all
First, confirm your device actually has internet by opening a browser or another app. If everything else online works fine but the IPTV app won't connect, try restarting both the app and the device.
Frequent disconnects
This usually points to unstable Wi-Fi rather than anything wrong with your account. Our buffering guide covers steps for firming up your connection.
