Setting Up IPTV World Pro on Samsung & LG Smart TVs

Samsung and LG smart TVs each run their own software — Tizen and webOS — but both can play IPTV World Pro through a dedicated app or a browser-based player. This guide walks through both brands.

What you’ll need

  • A Samsung Tizen or LG webOS smart TV connected to the internet
  • A live IPTV World Pro subscription with your login details
  • A Samsung or LG account, depending on which TV you own
  • A stable connection, wired if you plan to watch in 4K

Step-by-step instructions

  1. 1

Open the TV's built-in app store

On Samsung sets, open Smart Hub and go to Apps. On LG sets, launch the LG Content Store from the home menu.

  2. 2

Search for a compatible IPTV app

Look for a supported IPTV player in the store. If your model doesn't have one, fall back to the TV's built-in browser and use a web-based player instead.

  3. 3

Install it and open the app

Download the app and launch it as soon as installation completes.

  4. 4

    Enter your subscription information

Type in your IPTV World Pro username, password, and server URL, or paste your M3U playlist link if the app accepts one.

  5. 5

Give the channel list time to sync

The app pulls down the channel lineup and guide data, which can take a minute or so the first time you set it up.

Troubleshooting

There's no IPTV app in my TV's store

Use the TV's built-in browser to access a web-based IPTV player, or route your stream through a Firestick, Android TV box, or Apple TV connected to the same television.

The app feels sluggish or laggy

Older smart TV hardware can struggle with heavier apps. Closing other background apps and restarting the TV usually helps.

Video plays but there's no audio

Check the TV's sound output settings and make sure the app itself isn't muted separately from the system volume.

The TV keeps dropping the app's connection

Switch to a wired Ethernet connection where possible, or reposition the router to cut down on Wi-Fi interference.
